To all our esteemed Japanese members of IBA,
We are thrilled to announce a special event tailored exclusively for you – the online Japanese Mini Members Conference. We recognize the unique challenges you face due to the language barrier, which can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation from other countries within the IBA. We understand the importance of feeling connected and supported, and that's precisely what this conference aims to achieve.
The Japanese Mini Members Conference is a live online event, scheduled for the morning and evening of September 13th, Japan time. The entire conference will feature live translation with certain portions being exclusively in Japanese. This will ensure that language is not a barrier and that you can fully participate in discussions, presentations, a family constellation session, and Q&A.
Our goal with this Mini Conference is to anchor and solidify the bond among Japanese IBA members, providing a strong foundation of support for all of you. We understand the importance of regular gatherings, which is why we also plan to support and facilitate future regular Japanese gatherings hosted by a local representative.
The Japanese IBA matrix will be strengthened through education, communication, and a dedicated session exclusively for the Japanese matrix and its members. A Mini EZ Water Course recorded by John several years ago will also be part of the conference, providing valuable insights into the subject.

10:15 am-11:00 am: Distance Sessions, Q&A, Open Sharing
11:00 am-11:30 am: Japanese Matrix BodyTalk Session
11:30 am-1:00 pm: Breakout Rooms - Distance Session Trades
1:00 pm-7:00 pm: Break, Dinner, Open time for trades
7 pm-7:15 pm: Hello from IBA Co-Founder Esther Veltheim
7:15 pm-8:50 pm: Family Constellation Session with Elaine Harris
8:50 pm-9:00 pm: Closing Remarks
During our Zoom breakout rooms, session trades will be conducted. The IBA will help organize trade partners. We will provide instruction and insights to help you feel confident with distance sessions. Consider it like practicing in a classroom setting. We encourage everyone to participate, even if you are currently unsure about distance session work.
Please note that this event is exclusively for IBA Members. New members and Standard members expired two or more years ago are eligible for a 30% discount. For Practitioner members, if financial difficulties hinder your membership renewal, we encourage you to apply for a hardship scholarship, as we are committed to accommodating and serving all our members. Hardship scholarships also offer a 30% discount for Japanese members.
Only registered attendees will receive the live Zoom link for the event, but fear not! All Japanese members will have access to the recording through the IBA website, with clear instructions provided for your convenience.
